Walk a movie through the storyworld that is linked to your territory !

Whether its based on documentary style images or video pieces from existing feature movies, you can compose your own movies based on the shared story fragments linked to the area you walk through.

Depending on the existing documents, you will have an interactive and meaningful access to stories that are related to the place you are travelling through. You can choose to get only love stories coming from the various feature movies that were created in the neighborhood; you can listen to experts that are explaining the end of oil just by passing a gas station… Many many layers and possibilities can be explored, based on already existing material or coming from actual projects that share their material while creating a movie.

In today's cultural industries, the amount of generated footage is often in the ratio of 1 to 50 or even further – the spectator will see only the tip of the iceberg of material that still has a lot of treasures inside… Why lose all this valuable material ? Today, most footage is file based (and no longer on tapes) so it can be easily been accessed (on a local storage or even better "in the cloud"); this is where our Memoways application can help content producers to re-purpose their content above and beyond the main movie.

The  Memoways application and ecosystem is structured to be easily integrated in the professional media management workflows: there will be import and export modules that will enable content producers to send and receive assets from their local storage to the Memoways application. It will be for example possible to generate metadata driven edits and to send the results over to local editing stations for professional finishing (via EDL or XML for example).
